    A design consultant will visit your home to begin your design journey. We will take measurements, photos and discuss your space.

  • Step 2

    We will welcome you back to our showroom for a design presentation. Floorplans, moodboards and samples will be shared with you to help visualize the concept.

  • Step 3

    Your order will be delivered and your home transformed! Book a follow-up "Finishing Touch" to complete the space.

A design consultant will visit your home for a private consultation, where you will have the opportunity to discuss any ideas you have for the room and overall budget. You will also discuss what pieces you would like to see incorporated into the new design, what existing pieces must be used and review your favourite photos and clippings so that the designer has a general idea of your personal style. Measurements of the room are also taken at this time.

Within one week of the initial meeting, you will be presented with a few different options for your space. A space planning diagram will be prepared and will include recommendations for furniture, layout, upholstery fabrics, leathers, accent pieces, tables, finish options, accessories, lighting, etc. Selecting these items are a great way to personalize your space and are the most exciting part of the process!

There is a nominal fee of $250.00 plus applicable taxes per room for this service, however, the design service fee is deducted against a sales invoice provided the net purchase amount is $2,500.00 or greater.
